CARATTERISTICHE
E’ un miele liquido ma nel tempo può cristallizzare. L’odoro è vegetale, di frutta cotta, di confettura di fichi. Il sapore, decisamente meno dolce dei mieli di nettare, è a volte leggermente salato e somigliante al malto o anche alle prugne secche. E’ un miele particolare, apprezzato da chi di solito non ama il miele.

ABBINAMENTI
Formaggi affumicati o stagionati a contatto con fibre vegetali. Infusi decotti. Ottimo per farcire tartine.
